Disappointing Black and White Cookies From William Greenberg

We saw that William Greenberg was voted the best Black and White Cookie in New York. I do not know who voted them the best. It could be that they are saying it themselves. After trying it, I am leaning towards the self-proclaimed front.

We bought them on a Sunday morning and ate the Black and White cookies 4 hours later. We found the cookie to be mushy without much flavor. The frosting was the hard variety but it did not crack at all when we ate it. If you go with the hard frosting then you need the breakage. As to the taste of the frosting, it also was bland. The chocolate side needed to be more chocolatey (if that makes sense)

Our overall review as that it was just another bland Black and White Cookie that failed to deliver on taste and texture. We have to give it a B rating. Not really worth the calories.
